Legacy Properties reached an impressive milestone: surpassing $1 billion in home sales in 2024! What a cool club to be a part of! We are ranked #1 in Maine for waterfront property sales and in all sales categories for homes over $500,000!

Personally, I had 21 sold transactions for 2024 (plus 1 pending listing and 1 active listing carrying over into the new year) for a total closed sales volume of $21.8m. Of those, 19 were single family homes and 2 were land listings. 5 were first time homebuyers and 9 were repeat clients.
