We are experiencing an enviable day-after snowfall today in Maine where it feels like Narnia at every turn; the sky is shining a bright blue and light puffy snow is clinging to all of the tree branches creating a dreamscape canopy. It's hard not to smile at the magic of it all.
We adopted a puppy a few weeks ago so I have been outside far more than usual with both dogs ensuring they get all their energy out outside, and not in unsavory ways in the home. It's been good for all of us and the timing couldn't be better as there is a temporary lull in real estate as we finish up the holidays and refocus on the year ahead.
2022 was my second full year in real estate. A few weeks ago we had our annual meeting/holiday party and I was shocked to see my photo appear under a slide in the presentation calling out those within our company who are in the Top 100 agents in the state of Maine! Wow! It was a great year of learning and growth, of meeting new agents in the field, and supporting homeowners and home buyers through the real estate process. I was even able to help a few clients find off-MLS sales.
